Mental Health Coaching

First, I want to let you know that I’ve experienced the pain of being in the deep depths of anxiety, depression, and OCD. I know how alone and small you can feel when you’re struggling with poor mental health. I also know how amazing it feels to recover and “get your life back.” However, recovery is no easy task. It takes learning new skills and consistent hard work. With that being said, coaching sessions with me are all about building skills that will allow you to live the life you want.

Improving your mental health is not about getting rid of anxiety, depression, or any other uncomfortable feelings. These are actually very natural things we experience from time to time. However, it’s often our responses to these tough emotions that makes them worse and eventually allows them to rule our lives. My coaching sessions are designed to help you discover, break down, and reconfigure those unhealthy responses so you can live the life you want.
